This is for the phone booth closest to the shipyard conference room. It is a free booking and shared among all of the members of Mission 50.
The M50 Conference Room can be booked hourly/daily. The rate is $25/hour. This room can accommodate up to 8 people. Projector, whiteboard, printer, coffee and water are included with the rental at no additional charge.
The M50 Conference Room is located in the Mission 50 workspace on the Penthouse floor of 50 Harrison St, Hoboken, NJ. Onsite parking is available for an additional charge.
M50 Conference Room Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request must be made at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the slotted conference room time for a full refund. You must login to your account to cancel bookings. Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours prior to the slotted conference room time will be subject to full charges. Bookings are not refundable.
***Please note if you are booking as a CONTACT and NOT a member of MIssion 50 you will be charged at the time of the booking is created. There are no refunds for contacts. If you need to cancel your booking we will issue credit toward your next booking at Mission 50. This must be done within the 24 hour cancellation limit.
The Executive Conference Room can be booked hourly/daily. The rate is $39/hour. This room can accommodate up to 12 people. 14-18+ can fit, but extra chairs must be requested 24 hours prior to booking. Projector, printer, conference phone, and whiteboard are included with the rental at no additional charge.
The Seminar Room can be booked hourly/daily. The rate is $99/hour. This space can accommodate up to 25 people with the existing tables in either classroom or horseshoe arrangement. The space can also accommodate up to 60 people, auditorium style, additional setup fee of $30 may be applicable. The space includes use of the projector with screen and whiteboards and always has a kitchenette. There will be a $25 dollar cleaning fee for any food or drink that is left in the room. All room set up arrangements must be no less than 24 hours prior to booking and authorized by a Mission 50 Administrator.
The space can be rented after hours (6pm onward) or during the weekends at an hourly rate. The rate is $50/hour. The space has been used for networking events and workshops and it provides a more relaxed atmosphere with access to the kitchen, projector and whiteboard. It is ideal for up to 30 people.
